The TOP 10 REASONS to 'GO ROJO' Just some of the best reasons to use ROJO SOUND for your next project…
1. All of us at ROJO Sound are experienced, professional musicians and artists ourselves. We know what studio recording and performance is all about, because we've been there before! We know what it takes to bring your music to life!
2. Your project is our top priority. When you 'GO ROJO', the entire facility is closed to the public and devoted completely to your project. Your session is the only session, one session at a time.
3. Our staff, if needed, can sight-read music from your scores or lead sheets, assist with arranging your music,
or help you get it down on paper.
4. Our equipment and facilities are state-of-the-art, and we stay on top of what's happening with the latest developments in music gear, hardware, software, and technology.
5. Studio setup time is always 'on-the-house'. We never charge for preparing the studio for your session.
6. We're conveniently located in the heart of the metropolitan New York City area, very easy to get to,
and close to everything! The area offers everything you'll require, even for extended recording, including access to major highways, dining, overnight accommodations, music gear suppliers, shopping, Liberty (Newark) International Airport, New York City
7. We're as dedicated to your comfort as we are to your project. We understand the pressures involved with recording. We will do everything possible to make your session as smooth, comfortable, and stress-free as possible for you and your staff.
8. We offer complete music production and post-production services, from original concept, to masters,
to copies, and everything in between.
9. We will never engage in the all-too-familiar practice of 'nickeling-and-diming' you to death, and we'll do everything to avoid ' the meter-is-running' approach to recording that you'll find with many studios.
10. We're very affordable. We'll work hard to earn your business, work within your budget, and we will always look for and suggest ways for you to make the best product possible. We not only want you
to 'GO ROJO' for your next project, but we also want you to come back for future projects!
Give us a call at (908) 305-3391. Tell us about your project. Let us show you how we can get it done for you,
on time, within budget, and of the highest quality possible!
We use the best gear available for both todays growing technology and yesterdays vintage sound
— and our list keeps growing!

Robbie McNamara is the sole proprietor of Ro-Jo Sound Studio.
He resides in Kenilworth with his wife, Mercedes her sons Rubin and Avero, and his two sons, Robbie & John, which is where the name "Ro-Jo" originated. Robbie also
manages the Kratt Pitch Pipe Company, a company which sells vocal and instrumental tuning equipments
world-wide. He has been teaching drums for 17 years and continues to do so right here at Ro-Jo Studios, having currently over 40 students weekly. Rob manages the studio, books all of the bands and makes them feel at home while they are making their music.
Jeremy Eger is the head engineer and technician of Rojo Sound. He is a graduate of the University of Hartford with bachelor's degrees in both Audio Engineering and Electrical Engineering Technology. Jeremy has been involved in recording for over 7 years and has been playing guitar for 13 years. Jeremy has recorded and worked in several different studios over the years, which has helped him develop a great deal of knowledge about the recording, editing, mixing, and mastering processes. He has done all of the wiring for Rojo Sound and even built a microphone preamplifier for the studio. Jeremy knows how each piece of equipment works, but how to manipulate it to get the best sounds for the instrument being recorded. He has recorded projects from every genre of music over the years, from Polka to Metal, and everything in between. Jeremy has played in many different local bands, he is familiar with being a member of a band working hard to get the best sounding product out there. If you would like to contact him with any questions about recording, studio setup or gear, email him at jeremyeger@gmail.com
"Just wanted to say thanks for
lending your expertise! I purchased a drum kit in
January 2008 with
the intention of teaching myself to play. I soon learned I needed a guide to learn
a solid foundation.
After several failed attempts to secure a reliable and capable teacher, I was referred
to your service.
After one month of
lessons my friends, family and neighbors have noticed the difference!"
Davy White – Student
"If you are looking for a high-quality result in a friendly atmosphere with talented engineers at an excellent
value point, then Rojo Sound is where you want to be. The equipment is top notch as well."
Bill Pontiac – Atlantic City Expressway, Jody Joseph, original Jon Bon Jovi band member.
"Want great clarity of sound, great over-all production of your music?
Check out Rob McNamara's
Rojo Sound Studio. I did and you'll love it."
Jimmy Rosica – The original and current bass player for
Johnny Maestro and the Brooklyn Bridge
