The proprietor of ROJO Sound Studio. He resides in Kenilworth with his two sons, Robbie & John, which is where the name "Ro-Jo" originated. Robbie also manages the Kratt Pitch Pipe Company, a company which sells vocal and instrumental tuning equipments world-wide. He has been teaching drums for 17 years and continues to do so right here at ROJO Studios, having currently over 40 students weekly. Rob manages the studio, books all of the bands and makes them feel at home while they are making their music.

Victoria is the head engineer at ROJO Sound. She graduated from Berklee College of Music with a BM in Audio Engineering, and has worked at some of the industries top studios including Soundtrack Group and Sound on Sound Studios (formerly MSR). While heading ROJO she continues to be a part of the Sound on Sound team in order to continue learning from the studio’s owner, Dave Amlen. Victoria has recording experience in most genres and has been professionally recording for the last 4 years; from jazz to metal and everything in between. On top of being an audio engineer, Victoria has spent most of her life playing the drums and that experience allows her to easily connect with musicians to make them feel right at home in the recording studio.
